To place an order for pre-order items, simply fill the product request form in the website or chat with us for support.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), MFS Payment (bKash & Nagad). Additionally, for certain products/services, we may offer cash on delivery or bank transfers. We also have EMI facilities for purchase over 5000 BDT.
Order processing time typically takes 3-4 weeks for pre-order items. However for the in stock item it takes 24 hours.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photos of the issue. And return the parcel to the delivery partner. No complain will be entertained after the delivery person leaves your place. We'll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as per our return policy.
